It's a vinyl curtain? I moved the existing curtain 15cm to the outside and installed this on the inside to create a double curtain. It's a thin curtain, but it was more effective than I imagined! It has about the same insulation effect as using double windows with curtains. It's super cheap, but the effect is amazing for the price. For just 2-3 thousand yen, you can insulate a window frame that's one meter wide. I highly recommend this. If you buy it at a 100-yen store, including the rails and hooks, it'll cost less than 3 thousand yen. I definitely recommend it! 😁👍️
